What is the dry time?
1–2 hours for most carpets depending on material and environment.
Can I substitute a rug for a room?
Yes, as long as it’s standard size and not wool or too lightweight.
What payment forms do you accept?
Cash or credit card at time of service. We can also text a secure payment link.
Do I need to be home?
No, but we need access. Many clients provide garage codes or let us in via neighbors.
What if I have pet stains?

Do you clean Base Housing?
No, we currently do not service on-base military housing.
