Is the $99 price real?
Yes. The standard offer covers up to 5 rooms, 2 hallways and one standard staircase, plus applicable tax.
What counts as a room?
Bedrooms, living, family, dining and bonus rooms, offices, dens, lofts and finished-basement rooms each count as one room. Closets are included with their room. Hallways and stairs are counted separately. Bathrooms and kitchens count only if they are carpeted. An exceptionally large or unusual space can be discussed before service.
How much are additional areas?
Each additional area, room, hallway, or staircase beyond your carpet package is $15, plus applicable tax. This is an add-on, not a standalone visit.
What if I have pet issues?
Choose the $149 pet-treatment cleaning option, which includes the main cleaning package plus pet treatment.
How long does the carpet take to dry?
Carpet typically dries in about 1.5 to 2 hours. Actual time varies with humidity, airflow, carpet construction and soil conditions.
Do I need to move furniture?
Please clear small loose items and breakables when convenient. Standard couches and loveseats can be moved when practical; beds, large sectionals, and other heavy furniture need to be moved before arrival if you want the carpet beneath them cleaned. See the simple preparation guide.
Do you offer same-day appointments?
No. The booking page shows the next available future appointment times.
Do you book weekends?
No. Appointments are available Monday through Friday only.
Do I pay when I book?
No. Online booking doesn’t take a payment. Housecall Pro sends the invoice after the visit, and it can be paid online. Payment is due on receipt.
